This form is to request the presence of a Court Services Deputy to execute a writ of possession. A valid right of possession must be obtained before requesting a Deputy to assist an eviction.
The Court Services Unit can perform VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) inspections for vehicles, trailers, and mobile homes. When verifying a trailer, ensure the VIN is firmly affixed.

The Uniform Patrol Division offers additional patrols to residences and businesses within Banks County. If approved, a Deputy can visit your property for security checks.
